Stage shape NEW
Everything outside the stage is shaded dark (you can still place tokens out there). With any preset, turn on "Adjust vertices" to drag, add and delete points and fine-tune the outline. Select a point and choose "Make curved" to round that corner.
Stage sets (podium, risers and more) NEW
Sets you place are always visible. To move or edit them, press "Stage sets" at the top right of the board to enter edit mode (tokens are dimmed).
Tap one and it lands in the middle of the board. 1) Tap the set once to select it (yellow outline). 2) Drag to move it, use the ● at the bottom right to resize and the ⟳ knob on top to rotate. While it is selected, a bar under the board gives you name, tiers, rotation, duplicate and delete.

Renumbers the horizontal lines from front to back based on the depth.
